Summary

Project focused on the adoption of Autodesk AEC Collection (Revit/Navisworks/Docs) to accelerate measurements and cost estimation from BIM and on the implementation of an AI-powered e-go CRM to capture, qualify, and follow up on real estate brokerage leads.

Objectives:

(1) Automated QTO and item standardization with export to Arquimedes (BC3/CSV), reducing time and errors;
(2) Automatic reports/specifications generated from model properties;
(3) Intelligent CRM funnels (chatbot/assistant, scoring, scheduling, and reporting) to increase conversion and customer service.

Expected results:

–25–35% QTO time reduction;
–30% reporting time reduction;
+15–25% lead conversion increase;
≥95% match between AI QTO and human validation
